By this application, applicant seeks to condone delay of 1925 days caused in filing Appeal.

Perused reasons as stated in application. Apparently, delay has been occasioned on account of administrative exigency and procedural reasons. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making such delay. Hence, sufficient cause is made out to condone delay. Hence, following order:
