This application is for stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court i.e. CJSD, Paranda in land Acquisition Reference No. 22 of 2014 dated 01.01.2019.

Learned Advocate for the applicant produced on record the order dated 14.07.2021 passed in Civil Application No. 6063 of 2021 along with other companion matters.

This Court in the said order granted stay to the judgment and award on depositing 50% of the amount under award in the Court within twelve weeks from the date of order. It is submitted that the said order is passed wherein the lands are acquired from the same village and under the same acquisition proceedings and out of which the present acquisition proceeding is arises.
