Present application has been filed for recall of the order dated 20.06.2024 and restoration of Contempt Petition No.540 of 2024. It appears that there were office objection for the Contempt Petition and for removal of the same time was fixed. The applicant could not remove the office objections within the period fixed, and therefore, the conditional order came into operation.

Learned Advocate for the applicant / original petitioner submits that he would remove the office objection within a period of two weeks. In view of the said statement, order passed by this court on 20.06.2024 is hereby recalled. The Contempt Petition be restored at its original stage. 3.
