This motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of the judgment and order dated 23.12.2025.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in the said order dated 23.12.2025, in clause (iii) of the operative part, the words "the order dated 04.01.2026" have been mentioned inadvertently and are required to be replaced with "the order dated 04.01.2016". 3.

In view thereof, clause (iii) of the operative part of the order dated 23.12.2025 shall stand corrected by substituting the words "the order dated 04.01.2026" with "the order dated 04.01.2016". 4.

The necessary corrections be carried out accordingly and corrected copy be uploaded.

The motion stands disposed of.
