ORDER :- The applicant has challenged order of disqualification in W.P. No. 7448 of 2024. This Court, after considering the prima facie submissions, issued notice to respondents and made it returnable on 24th July, 2024. This Court also directed respondent No.4 i.e. Gram Sevak of Village Panchayat to remain present with property record in respect of CTS No 54,55 and 56 and Tax receipt book regarding payment of taxes in respect of that property so as to ascertain, as to whether there was encroachment of petitioner or family member on the Government land as alleged.

Since matter is kept for further hearing on 21.8.2024, the notice issued by Election Officer of Grampanchayat, Paregaon (Bk.) Taluka Sangamner, Dist. Ahmednagar scheduling election to the post of Upa-Sarpanch dated 2nd August, 2024 shall be kept in abeyance till 21.8.2024. 3.
