This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 8875-24-CA ORDER :

This motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of order dated 06.09.2024.

In cause title of the order dated 06.09.2024, inadvertently First Appeal numbers '1813 of 2019' and '1812 of 2019' are mentioned, which should be '1813 of 2020' and '1812 of 2020'.

In cause title of the order dated 06.09.2024, First Appeal numbers '1813 of 2019' and '1812 of 2019' be substituted by '1813 of 2020' and '1812 of 2020'. 4.
In this order, though liberty was granted to the claimants to renew their request for withdrawal of amount after depositing by acquiring body, the same is not reflected. Therefore, at the end of paragraph no.4, following sentence be added:
"Claimants are at liberty to renew their request for withdrawal of the amount after the same is deposited by the acquiring body."
