Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is armed with cheque of Rs. 2,49,936/- and seeks leave to deposit the same in this Court.

By previous order dated 29th April, 2025, applicantcorporation was called upon to deposit deficit amount. Initially it had deposited Rs. 9,70,450/-.

Office is directed to accept cheque of Rs. 2,49,936/- within a week.

By previous order the respondents/claimants were permitted to withdraw 60% of the amount on furnishing undertaking as at the relevant time entire amount was not deposited. It is clarified that the original claimants shall be disbursed with 60% of the amount on condition stipulated in order dated 25th April, 2025 with a modification that undertaking shall be submitted within a period of six (06) weeks from today. 5.

As the applicant-corporation has already deposited Rs. 19,70,418/- and today it has deposited further Rs. 2,49,936/-, adinterim stay granted earlier shall stand confirmed. 6.

It is clarified that the opponents/claimants shall be at liberty to agitate as the applicant-corporation has not deposited entire amount of award with interest.
