After arguing for some time learned counsel for the applicant (petitioner), on instructions, submits that this Court may permit the applicant to withdraw this application with liberty to amend the writ petition in order to incorporate the documents filed along with this application in the main petition itself and also to seek appropriate relief in that regard.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to amend as aforesaid. The amendment be carried within two weeks from today. Amended papers be served on the respondents within two weeks thereafter.
