Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Education Officer in this matter has already prepared the service book of the petitioner, reflecting the salary to which he is entitled as per the 5th, 6th, and 7th Pay Commissions. However, learned counsel for Respondent No. 4 - Management submits that the necessary proposal for payment of the salary difference can be forwarded only if the service book is provided to them. 2.

In view of the above, Respondent No. 3 - Education Officer is directed to supply a copy of the petitioner's service book to Respondent No. 4 within a period of one week. 3.
