After considering the submissions of the learned Advocate for both the sides, we find that the Management claims that the Petitioner had taken away his original service book and the Petitioner contends that he never took the service book from the Management.

Be that as it may, the fact is that the Petitioner is reconstructing the service book and he would produce the service
8204.24ca (2) book in the Court on the next date, to be handed over to the learned Advocate for the Management.

The learned Senior Advocate graciously submits that, if the Petitioner tenders the copy of the service book prepared by him, it would be forwarded to the Management. A statement, as to when it would be acted upon and the pension proposal would be forwarded, would be made on the next date. 4.
In view of the above, list this Civil Application in the 'disposal' category on 27/09/2024.
