DATE :

4th October, 2024 P.C. :- 1.

One more adjournment is sought by the Management. The learned advocate for the Petitioner is aghast. He submits that a retired employee is being made to run from pillar to post for retiral benefits. On every occasion an adjournment of one week is sought. Even in the past the Management had to be served with a bailable warrant and even contempt proceeding was filed. The resistance seems to be unending. 2.

On his request, we have perused the earlier orders dated 20.09.2024 and 27.09.2024.

The learned advocate for the Management submits that some signatures of the Education Officer are required on the reconstructed service book.

4.

The Management will sit in the office of the concerned Education Officer at 11.00 a.m. on 08.10.2024 and get all the compliance done within two days. If there is failure on the part of the Management, we would consider imposing heavy costs on the next date. The Petitioner would also remain present as per the said schedule. 5.

Stand over to 11.10.2024 in the urgent category. [Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.] [RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.] mub
