The applicants seek to condone delay of 2529 days in preferring appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay sought to be condoned.

The averments of the applications have not been controverted by the respondents. The delay cannot be said to be intentional. The applicants are ready to give up interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period as well as for the period of lapses.

Civil Application is allowed. The delay stands condoned on condition that the applicants shall not be entitled to interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period as well as for the period of lapses i.e. from 29.06.2024 till passing of the first order dated 20.08.2025. 4.
