Heard learned counsel for the Applicant. Notice is already issued to the Respondents in Writ Petition. However, notices of Respondent Nos. 5/1 to 5/8 are still awaited. Learned counsel Mr. Chavan brings to the notice of this Court a notice issued from the office of the District Deputy Registrar, Hingoli, thereby directing the parties to remain present for hearing on 20.08.2024 in pursuance to the remand order which is subject matter of challenge in this Petition. Learned counsel Mr. Chavan submits that if the District Deputy Registrar proceed with the matter, the Writ Petition would render infructuous.

Considering the submissions advanced, the proceeding before the District Deputy Registrar is directed to be kept in abeyance for a period of four weeks from today.
