The applicant/ petitioner is seeking to set aside order dated 16/1/2024, whereby the present Writ Petition was dismissed for want of removal of office objections. There is also delay of 186 days. Though the application is strongly opposed by learned counsel for respondents No.4 to 6, considering the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C).
