This is an application for condonation of delay of 200 days caused in filing the first appeal.

Heard learned Advocate for applicants. Perused the application. Learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants were facing financial crisis and did not know the procedure. Hence, the applicants could not file the appeal within the period of limitation. He further submitted that the delay is not deliberately caused. He lastly prayed to allow the application. 3.

On perusal of the application, this Court is of the view that the delay is not deliberately caused. Delay of 200 days deserves to be condoned.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed in the interest of justice.
