This application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition st. No. 39126 of 2023. The writ petition came to be dismissed in view of conditional order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 29.07.2024. Pursuant to said order the petitioner failed to remove office objection within stipulated period. The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he is ready to remove office objection and prays for restoration of the writ petition. There is delay of 3 days in filing the application. Before rejection of the application, notices were issued to the respondents. Therefore, this Court does not feel it necessary to issue notices to the respondents.
