It is pointed out that in para No. 11 of the judgment the date is wrongly mentioned as '14.06.2014' instead of "14.06.2024". Similar mistake also occurred in operative part clause (ii).

Mistake is typographical and needs ratification. The date appearing in paragraph No. 11 as well as clause (ii) of the operative part shall be replaced by "14.06.2024". 4.
