The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 436 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perused reasons as stated in the application. Apparently, delay is occasioned on account of administrative exigencies and procedural aspects required to be complied with by the applicant. Hence, applicant has not derived any advantage by making such delay. In the result, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed of.
