ORDER :- IN CA NO. 10283 OF 2024 By this application, the applicant seeks to condone the delay of 403 days caused in filing appeal.

The averments made in the application shows that delay has occasioned on account of administrative reasons. The delay is not intentional and deliberate. The applicant has not derived any disadvantage from making delay. The averments made in the application are not controverted.

Considering submissions advanced and reasons stated in the application, sufficient cause is made out to allow the application. As such, application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered

The learned advocate for Acquiring Body submits that already demand is raised with the Government for sanction of amount and it is expected within eight weeks from today. He, therefore, seeks extension of time to deposit the amount.

Considering submissions advanced, time to deposit the amount is extended by eight weeks from today. 3.

Stand over to 6th March, 2025. Interim relief to continue till then.
