The learned AGP filed affidavit-in-reply along with the annexures. On going through the same, it appears that the respondent No.5 under the direction of respondent No.3 has now decided the proposal of petitioner under the direction of this Court vide order dated 14.02.2018 and held that petitioner is not entitled for Assured Career Progression Scheme - ACPS. Under such circumstances once the proposal is decided, nothing remains in this petition and accordingly, it is stand disposed of with liberty to the
