The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record in the appeal being the legal representatives of sole respondentclaimant- Shivram Kundlik Arjunkar, who admittedly died on 02/01/2022, by condoning the delay of 850 days. 3.

There is no strong objection from other side and the appellant / acquiring body infact should have filed this application. As such no question of condonation of delay. Thus, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.

The appellant - acquiring body is directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period. Application is accordingly disposed of.
