These are the applications for condonation of 8166, 48 & 1375 days delay caused in filing the Civil Applications for bringing the legal representatives of deceased on record as well as for setting aside abatement.

Perused the applications. Considering the reasons

(( 2 )) 924 FA NO. 488 OF 2007 stated therein, it appears that the delay is not deliberately caused. The applications deserve to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order:

::ORDER::

a.

The applications are allowed by setting aside the abatement.

b.

The delay of 8166, 48 & 1375 caused in filing the Civil Applications for bringing the legal representatives of deceased on record is condoned. c.

The applicants are directed to amend the appeal memo by bringing the legal representatives of the deceased within a period of one week from today. d.

The Civil Applications are disposed of.
