40-sr903 submits that the present First Appeals also arise from the same land acquisition proceedings out of which First Appeal No.1015 of 2004 and connected matters were filed. She submits that the findings in the judgment and order dated 11.02.2016 are applicable in the present appeals.

In the circumstances, present First Appeals stand disposed of accordingly.

In view of the above, the Civil Application No.10971 of 2024 for withdrawal of amount is allowed in toto. The applicants therein are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this court.
