Learned counsel appearing for the applicants made a statement that non applicant no.11 Yadavrao Maroti Devkate died on 07.10.2023 i.e. even prior to the passing of the judgment and order dated 21.06.2024 in Application No. 48 of 2022 and seeks leave to delete name of respondent/non applicant no.11. Leave granted. Necessary amendment be carried out within seven days from today.

Office note further shows that non applicant No.5 is unserved till date. However, Advocates Mr. Kulkarni Shripad And Mr. C V Deshmukh have already filed their appearance on behalf non applicant no.5.
