Mr. Munde, learned advocate for the applicant submits that there are two substantial questions of law involved in this appeal. Firstly, application of correct notification as to wages applicable as on the date of the application and secondly, adjustment of the amount already deposited in pursuance of notice of the claimants seeking compensation.

Apparently, dispute in present appeal is, as to the quantum. Entitlement of the claimants to receive compensation towards the accidental death of the deceased is not raised in the appeal. In that view of the matter, issue notice to respondents returnable on 24.3.2025. 3.
