This application is filed seeking withdrawal of the amount of enhanced compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court. 3.

The learned Advocate for the applicants relied on the order passed by this Court on 20th July 2012 in Civil Application No.8247 of 2012 in First Appeal No.10 of 2012.

Considering above, following order:

ORDER

(i) Civil Application stands allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount alongwith accrued interest on furnishing undertaking that in the event they are required to deposit the amount, they would deposit the same within one months.

(iii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw further 25% of the amount alongwith accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. (iv) Remaining 25% of the amount be deposited in a Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank till disposal of the appeal. (v) With this, application stands disposed off.
