This Civil Application is for stay to the impugned judgment in compliant ULP No. 64/2011 dated 02.11.2012. 2.

This petiiton is pending for last twelve years. In respect of non-compliance of the order impugned herein, complaint ULP No. 4/2024 came to be filed by respondent/workman. 3.

Learned counsel for both the sides record their no objection for hearing this petition finally on the next date of hearing. 4.

By consent of both sides, stand over to 09.01.2025. 5.

It is clarified that the petition shall be taken up for the final hearing on the next date. If the petition is not heard for the reasons

attributable to the petitioner, it would be open for the respondent to pursue complaint ULP No. 4/2024 till 09.01.2025 only. 6.

The learned Labour Court is requested to not to proceed with the said complaint.
