DATE : 24TH JUNE, 2025.
FINAL ORDER :
.
Heard Mr. Nandagavale, learned counsel for the applicants
2 1006 ca 11654.24 and learned A. G. P. for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. None appears for the respondent No. 3.
2.
These applications are for condonation of delay of 806 days caused in preferring appeals for enhancement of compensation. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that para Nos. 2 to 6 of the applications are good grounds to condone the delay. He would rely on the order dated 15th April, 2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench condoning delay of 877 days in identical set of circumstances.
3.
The averments of the applications have not been controverted by the respondents. I have no reason to take any different view than which was taken by the coordinate Bench while passing order dated 15th April, 2025.
4.
In view of the above, it is desirable to condone the delay on certain condition that the applicants would waive interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. The civil applications are allowed on condition that the applicants shall not be entitled to claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. The civil applications are disposed of. Office is directed to register the first appeals.
