This is an Application for bringing on record the legal heirs / representatives of the Deceased / Claimant - Sheshrao Janu Aaher. 2.
The learned Advocate for the Applicant, the learned AGP for Respondent No.1 - State and learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 - Acquiring Body are present.

The Appeal is disposed of on 22.04.2018 before the National Lok-Adalat. A copy of Award by the National Lok-Adalat is placed on record. A copy of Death Certificate enclosed with the Application shows that, the Original Claimant (Deceased) - Sheshrao Janu Aaher died on 15.10.2018, i.e. after the said Award. The Applicants are the widow and sons of the Deceased - Sheshrao Janu Aaher. A
951.odt copy of heirship certificate issued by the concerned Gram Panchayat showing the Applicants as the legal heirs of the Deceased - Sheshrao Janu Aaher is enclosed with the Application. 4.
Since the Appeal is already disposed of, the legal heirship certificate from the concerned Court is not insisted upon. The Application is supported by an Affidavit sworn by Applicant No.3 - Khailash Sheshrao Aaher. The Applicants have also prayed for withdrawal of the remaining amount.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Applicants would produce a copy of the heirship certificate issued by the Competent Court at the time of withdrawal. 6.
In view of the above, Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses - 'B', 'C' and 'D'. The withdrawal of the amount shall be subject to production of the the legal heirship certificate issued by the Competent Court in favour of the Applicants. 7.
Application is disposed of accordingly.
