This application is for condonation of delay and bringing heirs of deceased Respondent No.1- SK Sarvar SK Nura Pinjari and Anwar SK Nura Pinjari on record.

For the reasons stated in the application delay is sought to be condoned and by setting aside abatement it is prayed that legal heirs be brought on record. Learned counsel Mr.Sangit would oppose the submissions of the applicants.

For the reasons stated in the application, I find that there are no mala-fides attributable to the applicants. Reasons for condonation of delay and setting aside abatement need to be accepted. In companion matters, legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.IV-Irfan Sarver Pinjari and the Respondent No.2 were permitted to be brought

For the reasons stated in the application, I deem it appropriate to allow the same. Civil application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause 'B','C' and 'D'.
