Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. Both these applications are filed for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased applicant No.3 - Masrat w/o. Khurshid Munshi, who died on 05.04.2021. There is delay of 1149 days as stated in the applications, however, as per calculation by the office, the delay is 820 days excluding the Corona period.

For the reasons stated in the applications, these applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C), by condoning the delay. Necessary amendment in cause title be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
