I have gone through prayers of the application. Prayer clause "B" pertains to claim of unpaid salary which is not within the purview of either this Court or the Tribunal. The rest of the prayers are pertaining to the benefit of recommendations of the 7th pay commission. According to the applicant, those are deliberately denied to him.

Per contra, learned counsel Mr. Dixit submits that it would not be within the realm of the respondent - management to award the benefits of the salary claimed by the applicant. The management is stated to have forwarded the proposal.

The respondent - management shall place on record the proposal of the applicant forwarded by them to respondent - Joint Director. 4.
