Both the parties are present before the Court. The petitioner has apprehension that, though this Court has protected the petitioner from putting the property for auction, the respondent - society has taken the order restricted only till 15.01.2025 when, in fact, the symbolic possession was directed to be taken and no auction was directed to be taken. Therefore, a request is made to clarify that, so far as auction is concerned, the relief was not restricted in point of time. It is clarified

The petitioner undertakes to file proper proceedings in this Court requesting that the amount which is deposited pursuant to condition while granting bail be adjusted towards the dues. 4.
