This Court on 20th June, 2025 had passed the following order :- "1.
On 15th April, 2025, the learned Advocate for the Applicant sought time to take instructions as to whether the Appeal pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, was decided.
2.
Upon instructions, it is informed by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that the said Appeal is not yet decided.
3.
The learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 / State to take instructions as to what course of action would be followed and within what time.
4.
Stand over to 24th June, 2025."

The learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the Application / Representation / Appeal which according to the Applicant / Petitioner he had filed with the Office of Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, was not traceable. He submits that, if the Applicant / Petitioner makes a fresh Application / Representation /
Appeal, the same would be considered on its own merits within a stipulated time.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that within a period of one (1) week from today, the Applicant will make appropriate Application / Representation / Appeal before the Respondent No.2 - Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad. 4.
If the Applicant makes Application / Representation / Appeal within a period of one (1) week, Respondent No.2 - the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad shall consider and decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter.
