Considering submissions advanced and reasons as stated in applications, apparently, delay is occasioned on account of administrative exigency. Hence, sufficient cause is made out to condone delay. In result, following order is passed.

ORDER

Civil Applications are allowed.

b.

Delay of 75 days caused in filling Appeals is hereby condoned.

c.

Appeals be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any.

d.
