Civil Application No.12818 of 2024 has been filed seeking amendment in Writ Petition No.5204 of 2021 and for addition of respondent No.72. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, in view of subsequent events, the present application for amendment and addition of respondent is moved.

Considering that the respondents will have sufficient opportunity to Page 1 of

980 WP 5204-2021 deal with the contentions raised in the petition, and that the proposed amendment is necessary for deciding the issues, if any, arising in the petition, the application is allowed.

The amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks and copy of the amended petition be supplied to the other side after the amendment is carried out.

Affidavits in reply, if any, be filed within a period of three weeks thereafter.

In view of the above, Civil Application No.12818 of 2024 is disposed of.
