After hearing the Review Application an order was passed on 24th January, 2025 granting liberty to the petitioner to file an undertaking before this Court. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed an undertaking to the effect that he will surrender the suit premises by 31st May, 2025 unconditionally and without causing any sort of obstruction.

In view of the concession given to surrender the suit premises, petitioners are seeking unconditional withdrawal of the This order is corrected as per the order dated 30.01.2025.
