The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application is filed seeking restoration of the Writ Petition No.10465 of 2023 by condoning the delay of 169 days in filing the application. The Writ Petition came to be dismissed on 15/04/2024 on account of non-supply of copies as well as non-deposit of costs of ₹100/-.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the matter was transferred from Nagpur to this Bench. He submits that the mother of the learned Counsel for the petitioner expired due to heart failure, and therefore, immediate steps could not be taken to remove the office objections and to comply with further requirements. 3.

Considering the reasons stated, we deem it appropriate to condone the delay of 169 days caused in filing the present application and to recall the order dated 15/04/2024, to the extent of the present petitioner. The Writ Page 1 of

The petitioner is directed to remove all office objections, supply copies, and deposit the costs of ₹100/- within a period of three weeks from today, and to produce the receipt of such deposit on record. 5.
