Re-issue notice to respondent No.30, returnable on 27.01.2025. Attempts shall be made for effecting the service under all the modes under Order V Rule 17 and 20. Humdast allowed. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners further submits khs/Dec.2024/13937

- 2 - that it is a matter of deemed date of promotion. By the order dated 06.11.2023, the appointments of respondent Nos. 11 to 32 were made expressly directing not to create any equities in their favour. He submits that still the respondent is continuining with the promotions and prays for some ad-interim relief. Albeit, the civil application prays for stay to the promotions.
