Heard learned Counsel for respective parties. 2.

The petitioner is challenging the order dated 03.11.2018 passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in Review Application/ROR/147/2018.

The petitioner is having an alternate and equally efficacious remedy against the order passed by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, to file a revision before the State Government and this issue is already considered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2015 AIR SCW 6277 decided on 06.11.2015.

In view of availability of alternate remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition and the same is disposed of as not maintainable.

The petitioner may file revision before the State Government. Delay caused in prosecuting the present writ petition be taken into consideration while considering the application for condonation of delay.

Interim relief granted by this Court on 09.01.2019 to continue till the State Government decides the revision. 7.

In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Civil Application is also disposed of accordingly.
