This application is for condonation of delay of 230 days in preferring appeal. The appeal is sought to be condoned by relying on paragraph Nos.3 to 5 of the application. Respondents have objected the application and prayer for condonation of delay. 3.

I do not find any impediment in condoning the delay. Averments of the application was controverted though they they are merely opposed by the respondents.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Office is directed to register First Appeal.
