The applicants seek to condone delay of 910 days (in CA No. 13255/2024), 1962 days (in CA No. 13278/2024), 2030 days (in CA 13318/2024) and 937 days (in CA 14075/2024) in preferring appeals. They are ready to give up interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period. There is no reason to infer any mala fides on their part. There are lapses on the part of the applicants. It is informed that these two matters are left out matters. Attempts are being made to circulate these matters also.

The delay stands condoned on condition that the applicants shall not be entitled to claim interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period.
