The applicant seeks to withdrawn an amount of Rs. 22,40,172/- deposited by the respondent-Acquiring Body. In similarly situated matters the claimants are permitted to receive the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking.

The Civil Application is allowed permitting the applicant to receive the deposited amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.
