The present application is for condonation of delay for the reasons stated in Paragraph No.3 of the application. 2.

It is opposed by learned Counsel Mr. Kendre for the Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that the Acquiring Body would need further time to deposit the amount. 4.

The reasons stated in the application are not doubted. I propose to adopt pragmatic approach in condoning delay. 5.

Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' on
