The petition is filed seeking direction to the authorities to initiate departmental action in view of the enquiry report submitted by the Superintending Engineer, Vigilance & Quality Control, Nashik Division, of office of Respondent No. 4.

We are informed that the departmental enquiry has already been initiated and, as such nothing survives in the present petition. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 9, 10 and 11, the employees against whom the directions were sought, submits that the departmental enquiry be taken at its logical conclusion. Directed accordingly.
