By this Civil Application, the petitioner seeks restoration of the Writ Petition which came to be dismissed by order dated 17.01.2024 for non-removal of office objections.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer Clause-B, subject to petitioner deposit cost of Rs.500/- to the Chairman, Library Committee, Advocate Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, within a period of one week and remove office objections within a period of three weeks from today. 3.
