This is an application for stay of execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 29.08.2023, passed by the District Judge-2, Mapusa in Land Acquisition Case No.180/2017 pending disposal of the First Appeal No.92/2024. According to the Applicant, the entire amount under the Award of Rs.19,11,067/- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs Eleven Thousand and Sixty Seven only), due under the Award has been deposited in the Registry on 21.10.2025. The calculations to this effect have been annexed to the letter dated 22.10.2025 submitted to the Registry, and a copy of which has been 20th November, 2025

CA 61 of 2025 furnished to the Respondent. Consequently, the impugned Judgment and Award dated 29.08.2023 passed by the District Judge-2, Mapusa in Land Acquisition Case No.180/2017 stands stayed until the disposal of the First Appeal.

Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of. Needless to state that the Respondents may contest the calculations and seek modification of this order.
