1) The learned counsel appearing for Respondent, on taking instructions, makes a statement that Respondent has not dispossessed the Petitioner.
2) The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that a lock has been put by Respondent at the suit premises after dispossessing the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Respondent would clarify that the Respondent has not put lock at the suit premises. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that Petitioner would take back possession of the premises in question since Respondent does not claim possession nor asserts that he has put lock at the suit premises.
