1) The Petitioner has remedy of getting the order passed by the Deputy Registrar dated 28 March 2022 executed by filing appropriate proceedings. This Court has merely dismissed the Petition challenging the order dated 28 March 2022 passed by the Deputy Registrar and 10 April 2024 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar.

2) I am therefore not inclined to entertain the Contempt Petition. Petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings to get the order dated 28 March 2022 passed by the Deputy Registrar executed.
