Respondents have admitted their signatures on the Consent Terms as well as contents thereof. The Officer of this Court has verified the identities of signatories the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The statements made in the Consent Terms are accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. The order passed by the Tribunal shall stand substituted with the arrangement agreed between the parties in the Consent Terms. 2.

Writ Petition as well as the Contempt Petition are accordingly disposed of in view of the Consent Terms.

Since parties have agreed for withdrawal of Case No.07/DV/23 filed by the wife of Respondent No.2- Harshada B.
